The details make the difference between an ordinary home and an exceptional one. Your dedicated Project Coordinator will develop a comprehensive Specifications Book, documenting every element of your home, from fixtures and finishes to cabinetry and flooring.

Your Project Coordinator will secure bids from trusted subcontractors and suppliers to finalize your project’s budget. Once permits are approved, you’ll receive a Decision Deadline Schedule to keep the project on track and ensure a smooth building process.

Unlike smaller builders where one person handles everything, we have a dedicated, full-time team to manage every aspect of your build. Our Operations Manager uses specialized software to track progress, allowing you to stay informed. Our finance team manages all expenses with transparent monthly billing, while our administrative staff handles insurance, compliance, and documentation.

We oversee every stage of construction with precision and care, ensuring all subcontractors, vendors, and city inspectors meet our high-quality standards. Your Project Manager is on-site daily, ensuring superior craftsmanship and top-tier building materials are used throughout the process.

Before move-in, your home undergoes a rigorous final inspection by an independent expert. Our leadership team then walks you through the home, creating a final checklist to ensure every detail meets our high standards. You’ll receive a comprehensive Close-Out Package with all contracts, warranties, and city documents for your records.
